Highlights
The Tiki 30's are great designs by James Wharram, the man whose motto is that "Urban Man" should have an easy but sturdy boat to go to sea and explore the world. These Tiki's are both of the "deck-cabin" version. Usable space on deck is no less then 34 square metres! This is impressive for a catamaran of this size, something that is really appreciated in the tropics where one lives mostly outside. Most important is adequate shelter for sun. This is provided by a Bimini cover that quickly expands into a full size awning or enclosing deck tent (similar to the Tiki 38's).
You have to sail on this yacht to feel how free you can be!

Above decks
Protection from sun and the odd rainshower is provided by a deck “pod” and a large bimini. The pod has large opening windows to allow a cooling breeze to come through. It also has sleeping places for 2 persons. In the one boat two single bunks. In the other boat one single bunk which can be drawn out to form a spacious double bed. The cockpit has a U-shaped settee with cockpit cushions. Helming of the yacht can be done from the cockpit, or even sitting on one of the hulls with your feet dangling in the cooling water!
Access to the water is easy through an opening hatch and swimladder in the aft deck. This is also where you find the second fresh water shower.
Below decks
In each hull there is a spacious single/compact double cabin and the forward cabins can either be used as storage or as “kiddie berths”. In theory she’d sleep 8 (!) but a realistic maximum is 4 adults or 6 adult/kids.
A small but convenient galley is located in the port hull and a proper enclosed shower/toilet compartment in the starboard hull.
