Below decks The owner and designer, Georges Carraz, has lived and worked in South-east Asia for 30 years, and has during this time developed an intimate knowledge of the people of the Malay Archipelago and of the boat building traditions of the region. Raja Laut was built with team of traditional ship wrights of Bugis and Suluk descent (historically the shipbuilders, seafarers and pirates of Southeast Asia). Raja Laut is the 3rd boat Georges has built and her construction is of the highest standard, ensuring safety, stability and performance. The craftsmanship and rich timber interior provide classic charm, the decor is exotic and Asian. Nevertheless, as a 21st Century built yacht, she is ideally suited to tropical cruises: her spacious cabins are equipped with ensuite bathrooms, hot showers, air-conditioning, and all the comforts you can expect of a modern, ocean going yacht.
Above decks Being in the tropics you will spend most of your time outside. The spacious decks of Raja Laut give you ample space to lounge and relax on deck, catching the cooling breeze wile transferring from one beatiful island to the next stunning beach.
If you wish to indulge in sun bathing you can comfortably lie down and enjoy watching your body getting this even tan. If you had your share of the sun for the day, many shady areas are availble to just stare at the horizon or take a well-deserved nap. Cool drinks are available at all times. Al fresco dining makes you enjoy the delicious cuisine even more.
