I had the best time. The scuba course was easy and fun and was such a great adventure. I even survived 2 shark sightings!

Ode to Hans & Joy,

Our week on board of Mozart was a perfectly orchestrated sequence of cooking art and entertainment. Our Russian-Austrian-Texan group had a great week and quite possibly best holiday ever. What a party!

All you need is love! and Hans & Joy and a sailboat….

I had the best time with you !

We went snorkelling, and we watched all of the fish swim by. We even watched a movie “ Finding Nemo”!

I might add “ The Best Movie Ever”! Hehe!

after your accident….it wouldn’t have been the same without you. If you or your family ever find yourself I England, promise you’ll let us know because we’d love to return your kind hospitality., but for now we take away many more wonderful memories of yourself, Joy and Mozart., of the greatest sushimi we will ever eat, Joy’s amazing culinary delights & much much laughter and fun!
