Below Decks
Maya is a beautifully finished yacht and is spacious inside and outside. The carefully chosen interior is an outstanding example of Thai/Swiss craftmansship, all done in beautifully varnished peach wood contrasting with soft beach tones.
Having the enormous space of a catamaran available makes life aboard effortless and extremely comfortable. Cabins are airy and spacious. Going down to your separate private cabins will confront you with a large king-size bed (forward cabins), ample space for you personal belongings, an en-suite bathroom with electric toilet, hot and cold shower (no worries about water: there is a water maker aboard!) and plenty of ventilation next to an electric fan to keep you cool during your well-deserved sleep.
Coming up in the morning brings you to the huge saloon where the Thai chef is already preparing a sumptuous breakfast to be served at the saloon dining table, seating up to 8 guests comfortably. Leaving the saloon which opens up widely to the large cockpit you sit down at a settee and table where you sip your freshly brewed piping hot espresso while lazily gazing at yet another island with empty white sandy beaches, until the tantalizing smell of frying bacon calls you back into the saloon. Breakfast is ready, another day in paradise has begun!
Above decks
Maya is a big catamaran with wide walk ways and lots of shared and private living spaces during passages and at anchor. In the outside lounge area in the large cockpit you are well-protected from the sun by a fixed awning. A flexible, removable 44 sqm awning covers the fore deck if you like, or alternatively you can take a sun bath on the huge and comfortable netting between the hulls. Since the decks are large and uncluttered, Maya is a safe vessel for sailing with children. The cockpit also has a settee and cock-pit table for open air meals, late afternoon cocktails or long tropical evenings with friends.
Access to the water is easy from the aft platform with swim ladder and after swimming or snorkelling you find the deck-shower ready for you at the transom.
